- Review of design output and construction documents with stakeholders
- Capture modifications and other inputs if any
- Obtain design approvals as necessary
- Modify and deliver final GFC (Good for Construction) drawings with full documentation
- Gatekeeping and review throughout the construction stages
- Validation of delivery of completed design concept & closure
- Obtaining of OC & handover of the Project
